Westover justified joint-favouritism to romp to a dominant victory in the Irish Derby on Saturday and build on his third-placed effort at Epsom earlier this month.
The colt, sent off at 11-8, followed the front-running French Claim under jockey Colin Keane and stretched away from his rivals in the final two furlongs at the Curragh.
Piz Badile, an 18-1 shot, finished a distant second, seven lengths behind the winner, as French Claim settled for third.
Epsom Oaks winner Tuesday, the other joint favourite, ended a disappointing fourth in the eight-runner field with Ryan Moore on board.
Tuesday came up short in her bid to become only the third filly to win the race since 1900.
It was a first success in the race for both Westover's trainer Ralph Beckett and Keane.
"Colin gave him a super ride, was very cool beforehand and very clear what he was going to do, and that always helps," said Beckett.
Westover could now be aimed at the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Ascot on July 23.
