Telling performance by Sebastian to win first race

SEBASTIAN MAR 6 2019

KINGSTON, Jamaica – In what can only be described as a strong statement of intent, Sebastian just moments ago in the first of 11 races, laid down the gauntlet to all of his fellow three-year-olds that he will be a force in the upcoming 2000 Guineas (one mile).
Sebastian from the Classic breeding line of Western Classic – Sea Treaty, trained by Philip Feanny and ridden by apprentice Christopher Mamdeen trailed the leader Kingsman for most of the way in the 8 ½ furlongs three-year-old non-winners of two event before blowing rivals away with a strong and well calculated stretch run.
Sebastian won by 4 /12 lengths clocking a fast 1:46.2 for the distance of the race.
Second went to Juice Man with third the position of Kingsman.
Surprisingly, Sebastian was allowed to win at odds of 10-1.
