KINGSTON, Jamaica – The sixth event on the Caymanas Saturday offering saw the two co-champion jockeys Dane Nelson on Princess Lauren and Anthony Thomas on Baby Star locking horns from the start.

The lead changed hands twice before the much more experienced Princess Lauren trained by Robert Pearson demonstrated her class by leaving both Custer (second) and Baby Star (third) in the straight.

Princess Lauren, a five-year-old chestnut mare by Soul Warrior – Lipstick Lily – was winning for the third time in her career from nine starts.
