KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jockey Devon A Thomas has been around the race track at Caymanas Park for quite a while and of late he has been enjoying a burst of form.

Just moments ago, Thomas earned another win in fighting fashion atop the Errol Subratie trained Chrisanli in the Caymanas Monday fifth, which was a three-year-old and upwards Optional Claimer ($250,000 - $200,000) run at 5 ½ furlongs.

Thomas settled in second as Balazo (Romario Spencer) set off in front. Both Chrisanli and Balazo went wide entering the straight with Chrisanli drifting even wider before being straightened out somewhat by Thomas to breeze by Balazo and had enough to stave off the challenging Dallas (Youville Pinnock) who finished second with Balazo ending in the third slot.

This was Chrisanli third win from his last four starts all with Thomas in the saddle.
