KINGSTON, Jamaica – Apprentice Jordan Barrett brought the Gary Subratie trained Anna Lisa (5-2) with a telling burst in the straight to win the United Racehorse Trainers’ Association Trophy race, the feature on today’s (Nov 17, 2018) card at Caymanas Park just moments ago.
It was the first winner for Barrett who is one of the 21 apprentices, who recently graduated from the jockeys’ programme.
Second was Azaria with third going to Jacko Links.
The winning time for nine furlongs and 25 yards was 1:56.2.
