KINGSTON, Jamaica – In a performance which spoke volumes for his Classic winning potential, Earn Your Stripes ridden by Robert Halledeen and trained by Anthony Nunes romped a Restricted Allowance 11 for three-year-old non-winners of two event a short while ago in the sixth of 11 races at Caymanas Park.
Earn Your Stripes clocked a tantalising 1:39.2 to show improvement over his last run when he finished third behind Run Thatcher Run and Supreme Soul also over a mile on Boxing Day 2018. Then the winning time was 1:39.1 with Earn Your Stripes two lengths behind.
Second went to Duke and third to Dyna’s Pride.
Earn Your Stripes was the 1-5 favourite.
