KINGSTON, Jamaica – Sixteen horses have been confirmed for the 1000 Guineas, the first Classic race of the 2023 season, to be run on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Caymanas Park.
The 1000 Guineas, run over a mile, is restricted to three-year-old fillies, with all carrying the same weight of 57.0 kgs.
On Tuesday next (May 30), final nominations will be accepted by the Racing Office, after which there will be the live draw for post-positions, plus the announcement of jockeys.
