Gypsy Jam a winner after 12 starts in Caymanas Sunday fifth

KINGSTON, Jamaica – After 12 starts, the Omar Walker ridden – Richard Azan trained Gypsy Jam finally found a clear path in front at the winning post.

That maiden victory by Gypsy Jam came in the fifth of nine races on the Caymanas Sunday offering.

Walker, who was winning his third race thus far on the weekend Summit of Speed programme, kept Gypsy Jam in the middle of the track throughout and was never bothered winning by 2 ½ lengths.

Second was Kay Boy (Dane Nelson) and third was the place occupied by Lava Boy (Matthew Bennett).
