Formal Fashion in mild 6-1 upset to start Caymanas Friday –Reggae-6 sells close to $6 million

KINGSTON, Jamaica – As soon as Capturemyship (Anthony Thomas), Princess Emanuelle (Princess Emanuelle) and Harry’s Train (Dane Dawkins) started to falter after blazing a fast trail it was the lurking Formal Fashion (Dick Cardenas) who picked off front running rivals one by one to win the first race on the Friday (Nov 13) card at Caymanas Park.

That event was a quick sprint of five furlongs round at the Overnight Allowance level.

Formal Fashion trained by Patrick Lynch was winning in Overnight on her second attempt and did so in a fast time of 58.4 for the distance on offer.

Harry’s Train was second thereby creating a whopping exacta of $4,459. Duke was third.

The now popular Reggae-6 exotic wager sold close to $6 million.
