Wesley ‘Callalo’ Henry breaks long drought on Boffo

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jockey Wesley ‘Callalo’ Henry who has been experiencing quite a drought of winners, showed what he is worth when he piloted home Boffo at 3-1 for trainer Junior Small in the Diamond Mile Race Day eighth event.

The race was for five-year-olds and up non-winners of three over seven furlongs.

Second at 2-1 went to Photogenic with Dane Nelson in the saddle.

Third was the 54-1 outsider Smashing One under the guidance of Ramon Parish. Smashing One paid $362 to place.

This was Henry’s 24 winner for the year, and number seven for Small.
