Despite the presence of the None Such Trophy where a number of the top-class horses will run, attention is sure to be placed on the Restricted Stakes for three-year-olds.

Seven quality runners are down to take part with trainer Anthony Nunes leading the way with three — Universal Boss, Big Bang and Toona Ciliata.

The Supreme Racing Guide analyses each runner and their chances of winning the one-mile (1,600m) event.

UNIVERSAL BOSS: (3-y-o b. g – Casual TrickElectrifying) – After a string of near misses over sprint distances, Universal Boss was stretch out on last over 7 ½ furlongs (1,500m) and produced a good effort winning by 8 lengths in a time of 1:32.2. Universal Boss demonstrated his class and talent and with the journey and rivals, not a problem, this far-striding gelding can make it two-in-a-row.

BOLD AFLAIR: (3-y-o dkb. c – USA - Bold WarriorAffair with Aflair) – Failed to follow up on his win over the straight (1,000m) on May 11 as he finished in sixth place behind God of Love and Father Patrick over 5 ½ furlongs (1,100m) on June 1. Bold Aflair is capable but winning it is going to be difficult.

SUMMER SUN: (3-y-o ch. g – USA - Afleet Alex A Love Theme) – Registered his second consecutive win over 9 furlongs and 25 yards (1820m) on June 5. Summer Sun completed the win in a tidy 1:58.0, bettering his time of 1:58.4 done over the same distance on May 15. That run was just a glimpse of what he can do and with a mile, not an issue, Summer Sun is a live contender.

TOP SHELF: (3-y-o ch. f - Soul Warrior First Choice) – Running some poor races in recent times and this trend should continue.

BIG BANG: (3-y-o b.g – ItsmyluckydayGalaxy Miss) – Finally came good in a Restricted Allowance event over 8 ½ furlong (1,700m) on June 30. Big Bang is very promising runner and seems to be hitting top gear at the right time and with his barn in fine form, he can repeat.

SHE'S AN INTROVERT: (3-y-o b.f – USA - Temple City Shy Girl) – Made a winning start to her career on June 15 in a Restricted Allowance event over 5-furlong (1,000m). She's An Introvert came from off the pace to win by 1 ¼ in a time of 1:02.0. Although the time was not that impressive for the American-bred, it was a notable run and one which showed some potential but for She's An Introvert to win here, she will have to improve a lot.

TOONA CILIATA: (3-y-o ch.c – Soul Warrior Red Gold) – Was fancied to win on last but failed to show up and finished in fourth place behind winner God of Love. That run must have helped a lot, making him a danger to all. Has a very good chance of winning here.
