KINGSTON, Jamaica – On the eleven-race card today (Saturday, May 14, 2022), at Caymanas Park, THE QUICK WHISPERER is zeroing on four races.
These races are the first, the second, the seventh, and the ninth.
RACE ONE – is an optional Claimer ($250,000 - $200,000) at four furlongs straight. This, as all races in the grouping, is wide open, any number can play, as such, horses number one Commissioner, number five Highly Bless, number seven Big Dream, and number eleven Mr Ambassador have been chosen by THE QUICK WHISPERER as the main combatants. The betting option suggested is to put Highly Bless, Big Dream, and Mr Ambassador in an exacta box, with Commissioner coming in for the trifecta.
RACE TWO – nine horses go to post in the second event, which is a
four-year-old maiden contest going four furlongs. The horses of interest for THE QUICK WHISPERER are Curlin’s Kawartha, Dotlin, Joyful and Blue Seas. Again, the exacta is the bet of choice, with the top three for placement in an exacta box being Dotlin, Joyful, and Blue Seas, with Curlin’s Kawartha for the trifecta. If inclined, spare a dollar or two on Always Vigorous to place.
RACE SEVEN - is a maiden condition call for three-year-olds over 5 ½ furlongs with six first-time runners included among the eleven horses nominated to start. Gracefully Made, The Exodus, D Head Cornerstone, and Don Vincenzo are the preferred choice in this one. For the exacta put in a box Gracefully Made, The Exodus, and D Head Cornerstone. Don Vincenzo and the experienced Sir Tajay can be added to the trifecta and the superfecta.
RACE NINE – is section two of the three-year-old maiden contest and like the seventh, there are six newbies among the 11 horses declared to start. Based on exercise reports, THE QUICK WHISPERER has narrowed the betting options down to Unruly Dude, Josh, Alexa’s Secret, and Friendofthefamily. Josh was in front when the winning post arrived in his last outing but was then disqualified. Today, he will start, and quite rightly so, as the overwhelming favourite. Put Josh on top in the exacta wager with Unruly Duke and Friendofthefamily below. For the trifecta add Alexa’s Secret.
