The Stewards announce the following disciplinary action arising from an inquiry held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
Jockey TEVIN FOSTER who rode KING’S MAGICIAN in the seventh (7th) race on Saturday, 16th April, 2022, was suspended for four (4) race days and fined Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) for the intimidation and interference caused to TAURUS BOY approaching the 600-metre point that resulted in the disqualification of KING’S MAGICIAN. The suspension will commence on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
