Tevin Foster continues dominance of apprentices – wins 4th race on Concur at 3-5

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Tevin Foster's victory on Concur in the fourth race a short while ago on the 11-race 1000 Guineas card at Caymanas Park, made it four in a row for the apprentices.
Going wide entering the straight, Foster brought Concur with the winning run and the eight-year old chestnut gelding powered away for an easy 5 ¾ lengths victory over Clearly Ours and Kunama. Milagro was a late non-starter.
Concur raced in a claiming event ($250,000 - $200,000) for four-year-olds and up run over 6 ½ furlongs and was trained by Joseph ‘Sardie’ Thomas who was saddling his sixth winner for 2019.
Thirty claims (2 void) were submitted for Concur with the winningl claim going to trainer Gordon Lewis for owner Peter McFarlane.
