Rough, tough Dane Nelson gets the job done on Uncle Freddie for 2nd win

KINGSTON, Jamaica – In another of his strong and rugged displays in the saddle, Dane Nelson rode as if his life depended on it, drove the Gary Subratie trained Uncle Freddie to victory in the 10th race on the 11-race card just minutes ago at Caymanas Park.
Nelson pushed for all he was worth to withstand the challenge of Willodeen (second) and General Report (third).
This was Uncle Freddie's second win in as many starts, with the five-year-old bay horse clocking a time of 1:35.2 for the seven and a half furlongs of the Restricted Allowance 111 for 5-year-olds and up – non winners of three.
Uncle Freddie is owned by popular entertainer, Freddie McGregor.
