Nunes wins with Supreme Soul in Andrew Aguilar Memorial Cup

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Leading trainer Anthony Nunes pulled back one on his nearest rival Wayne DaCosta minutes ago as Supreme Soul racing for the first time was an easy winner of the Andrew H B Aguilar Memorial Trophy over a mile for two-year-olds maidens.

Supreme Soul won at odds of 4-5 with the winning margins being 8 ½  by 2 ¾ lengths.

Supreme Soul running very green with Shane Ellis in the saddle was timed at 1:41.2. Supreme Soul by Soul Warrior – Beware Baby is a half-brother to top class campaigner Bigdaddykool.

Second went to the DaCosta trained El Gringo (Omar Walker) at 5-2 with Envisaged (Raddesh Roman) third at 71-1.
