Nuclear Evita gets to the post in front at odds of 8-5

KINGSTON, Jamaica – After eight tries, Nuclear Evita bred and owned by Michael Bernard, trained by Gary Subratie and ridden by champion jockey Anthony Thomas finally released the maiden tag in the seventh race at the Park a short while ago.
Nuclear Evita (Nuclear Wayne – Dunkirk’s Evita) won a three-year -old maiden event over five furlongs round.
Second by the pass was first timer Latapy who was subsequently disqualified and placed out of the frame.
Second officially was Scoobert with another first timer Saint Michael third.
Nuclear Evita ran the five furlongs of the event in a final time of 1:01.0.
