KINGSTON, Jamaica – After winning four races in a row, and then falling at the first Overnight Allowance hurdle, Make Up Artist delivered second time out with a win of considerable note in the Caymanas Wednesday tenth.
Make Up Artist trained by Jason DaCosta and ridden by Anthony Thomas sped out of the gates like never before and although her stablemate Elitist (Jerome Innis) mounted a challenge with Go Deh Girl (Kiaman McGregor) following, Make Up Up went on her merry way leaving the four-furlong marker in the 6-furlong call.
In the straight, Make Up Artist extended her lead getting the job done by 5 ¾ lengths.
Go Deh Girl finished second and Loose Ball (Tevin Foster) third.
