KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, 1st December, 2020.

Jockey ROBERT HALLEDEEN who rode DE INEVITABLE in the ninth (9th) race on Saturday, 26th September, 2020, had his explanation accepted for the interference caused to SUPER AMIA and AWESOME GLITTER in the vicinity of the 300 metre point.

Jockey DELROY BEHARIE who rode PURE HEART in the third (3rd) race on Sunday, 1st November, 2020, was suspended for six (6) race days and fined Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) for the intimidation and interference caused to CONGRATS SUCKIE leaving the 100 metre point that resulted in the disqualification of his mount.  He was also recommended for ten remedial riding sessions.  The suspension will commence on 12th December, 2020.
