JAMAICA RACING: Emperorofthecats Takes The Harlequin Cup

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Owned, bred and trained by Carl Anderson, Emperorofthecats punished rivals over the five straight course to win the Harlequin Cup, an Open Allowance call for three-year-old and upwards horses.

Ridden by Richard Henry, Empeorofthecats raced on a direct path throughout, significantly picking up his gallop in the final two furlongs.

A four-year-old bay gelding by Emperor Hall out of Laws of the Cat, Emperorofthecats was winning for the eighth time from 18 starts.
