KINGSTON, Jamaica – The purple winning patch currently being experienced by trainer Ian Parsard voted as the most improved conditioner of 2019, continued to progress when Harry’s Train was a gate to wire winner with Dane Dawkins doing the riding honours.

Harry’s Train, racing at the Overnight level over 5 ½ furlongs, shortened a bit in the final furlong as Drummer Boy (second) and Wartime (third) came charging forward but had enough to hold on.

Harry’s Train who was time in 1:06.0 seconds gave Persard his second winner on today’s Saturday card.

“I think we have found the issues worrying Harry’s Train. She likes to run in front, so we have just kept her sprinting.

“Today, without any spectators, she was able to concentrate and that must have helped,” Parsard said in his post-race interview.
