KINGSTON, Jamaica – The ten-race card today (Saturday, January 8, 2021) at Caymanas Park got off to an upsetting start with outside T Brady winning decisively at odds of 21-1.

T Brady’s success came in a four-year-old and upwards (non-winners of three) call over seven furlongs.

It was a smooth start for T Brady on the outside but his jockey Christopher Mamdeen allowed Three Times Lucky (Jordan Barrett) to take over. That was, however, short-lived as Classical Orb the 3-5 favoruite after a slow beginning raced through to assume the advantage on the front end.

Mamdeen had T Brady trained by Gary Subratie settled in third place as the horses came to the turn for home.

Then Mamdeen pushed T Brady to the inside rails as Classical Orb drifted out a bit.

After a short duel, T Brady gained the ascendency which he carried without fuss to the winning post.

Classical Orb finished second and Ianzha Links (Jerome Innis) third.
