Double for trainer Steven Todd as odds on favourites dominate

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Steven Todd continued his rich vein of form when he just saddled his second winner from three races thus far on the Emancipation Day card at Caymanas Park.

Tough Cookie with jockey Kerry Gayl Robinson in the saddle, won in an Optional claiming event run over two furlongs. The winning time was 23.3 seconds

Todd had earlier saddled Powerofgiviving with Jemar Jackson aboard.

Second behind Tough Cookie was Awesome Cat while Ringo Starr was third.

Tough Cookie continued the sequence of winning odds-on favourites on the Emancipation Day card.

Dejae’s Boy won the first at odds of 1-9, then came Powerofgiving at 4-5 and Tough Cookie at 1-2.
