Double for Steven Todd, Tevin Foster

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Steven Todd and apprentice Tevin Foster teamed up moments ago to both win their second race on 10 offered for competition at Caymanas Park today, Saturday, January 5.
In a tight finish Foster pushed the 8-5 favourite Laguna Point to victory down the four-furlong straight course to just beat fellow apprentice Samantha Fletcher on Ok Duke. Interestingly, Fletcher lost her irons in the latter part of the race.
The winning margin was a neck and the recorded time was 48.3. Third was the slot occupied by the 9-2, Storming Flyer.
There were only four winners of the Sunrise 6 with each receiving a payout of $524,135.
