KINGSTON, Jamaica – The winning ways of jockey Dick Cardenas continued apace with victory atop the Michael Marlowe trained Code of Honor at odds of 3-1 in the Caymanas Saturday third.
Code of Honor in winning for the third time did so in a five-year-old and upwards non-winners of three offering at six furlongs.
Cardenas settled Code of Honour in third place behind El Gringo (Javaniel Patterson) and the 4-5 favourite Don Almighty (Linton Steadman).
Moving closer nearing the turn for home, Code of Honour started to challenge on the outside and in another driving finish Cardenas brought home his mount by a head.
Don Almighty was second with the Thepowersthatbe third.
