KINGSTON, Jamaica – In what can only be considered to be weird happenings, Cryptocurrency duly won the Caymanas sixth at starting odds of 2-1. Cryptocurrency’s victory came in a three-year-old $750,000 - $700,000 claiming contest over seven furlongs.

Jockey Jemar Jackson who was atop Cryptocurrency for trainer Steven Todd, raced close by the leaders before taking over at the top of the lane.

With the lead, Jackson stood tall in the saddle looking under his legs and was overtaken by Lazer Light (Omar Walker) on the inside.

Jackson then started to wail his whip on Cryptocurrency who fortunately responded by pulling away for the win.

Lazer Light was second and Kholbear (Bebeto Harvey) third.
