KINGSTON, Jamaica – The first race on today’s (Saturday, January 26) 10-race card proved to be a cracker involving eventual winner Resurgence (Omar Walker) and Young Boy Eddy (Javaniel Patterson).
The two battled each other during the entire stretch run with Resurgence just able to pip Young Boy Eddy on the line. Third went to Zillow.
The race suffered badly as three of the seven original starters were declared late non-starters.
