Code of Honor gives Shane Ellis, Michael Marlowe a win in 3rd race

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Racing for the first time Code of Honor (Blue Pepsi Lodge – Code Star) got off the mark to win the third race on the 2000 Guineas Race Day just moments ago.
Trained by Michael Marlowe who has not found the winners’ enclosure in a long while, Code of Honour turned out to be an easy winner of the Maiden Condition for three-year-old fillies run over 5 ½ furlongs.
Ridden by Shane Ellis, Code of Honor clocked 1:08.1 for the distance with Super Amia second and Nuclear Evita third.
