Chris Mamdeen joins in on Reasons at 7-1

KINGSTON, Jamaica – It was another upset at the Park today (April 27) as Reasons came with a strong late surge from way behind to catch and beat Ray Star in the fourth race.
Reasons trained and owned by Howard Jaghai was ridden by Christopher Mamdeen. Ray Star was second and D.M Cutie third. Reasons scored at odds of 7-1.
The win gave Mamdeen his 31st for the year and now he leads in the jockeys’ championship by 4 wins over Omar Walker.
Reasons won a Restricted Allowance V for five-year-olds and up over 1000 metres round.
