KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jockey Dick Cardenas continued on his winning journey with victory atop the Michael Marlowe trained Positive ID in the Caymanas Monday ninth.

That was Cardenas’ second win on the day which came in three-year-old Maiden Condition race at nine furlongs and 25 yards.

Cardenas stayed way behind the field as King Antholew (Javaniel Patterson) set off in front and did so along the backstretch. Positive ID was still a way behind the leader.

King Antholew kept the lead until the beginning of the four-furlong bend when Bigmanbiden went by with Positive ID making some headway on the outside.

By the time the horses entered the straight, Positive ID was already on the tail of Bigmanbiden. The Marlowe trainee then accelerated pushing on to win by 6 ¼ lengths. Khai Alexis (Paul Francis) was second and Maya (Tevin Foster) third.
