Can’t leave Chris Mamdeen out – takes second race on 5-1 Nuclear Evita

KINGSTON, Jamaica – A race day cannot go by of late without apprentice Christopher Mamdeen finding his way to the winners’ enclosure.
Mamdeen guided the Gary Subratie trained Nuclear Evita to a ½ a length victory over the five-straight course in a Restricted Allowance event for three-year-old – non-winners of two. Nuclear Evita went off at odds of 5-1. This was the second race on the Governor’s Cup programme.
Second went to Splendid Vision (Tevin Foster) at odds of 9-5 with the third slot being the position of Casual Drink who went off at even money.
The winning time done by Nuclear Evita was 59.4.
