HIlly's Vision
HIlly's Vision

Race 1 - The victim of a brutal trip last Saturday, Helicopter turns back in distance against easier rivals. He is improving and will be long gone against these.  Commissioner (first Lasix) and Ultimatum have scope for improvement and should chase the favourite home. Cup Cake has had many chances but has shown enough at the level to be considered for a share. 3-9-10-7

Race 2 - Returning first off, the claim, Formal Gladiator is the quickest in the field and will be double tough over the tricky 5(RD) trip. Lala Diva obviously fits well here and is likeliest to capitalize should the top pick fail to fire. Garrincha is coming around and should pick up a piece late. Lightning McQueen is well prepared for this but has his work cut out against the top two. 2-5-3-4

Race 3 - Sentient lands in the ideal spot and is strictly the one to beat. Crimson returned to winning form against easier on last but will find his stablemate too much to handle. Jamai Raja ran deceptively well in two starts against the top pick in December and can hang around for a piece. 1-4

Race 4 - Stanislaus will report in immaculate condition and is obviously the one to beat. Former stablemate Task Force won easily when at a similar level in December and can definitely upset the favourite. Hat trick seeker Isinbayeva was sharp last out and wouldn't be a surprise. 1-8-3-9

Race 5 - Sir Arjun Babu won impressively on last but is equally adept over the straight and can win again for his new trainer. The tepid pick. Alexa's Star belongs among these and must have a live winning shot. Locomotive obviously has the ability to win this and can't be ruled out. It's a Rap finished a decent 2nd over the trip in December and could upset if running back to that. 6-7-1-3

Race 6 - Lady Bastipur should get a perfect trip on or near the lead and is perfectly poised to break the maiden. Miss AJC and Persistent One have had their chances as well but this isn't the strongest line up and ought to hit the board. 4-6-3-5

Race 7 - Raw Liquid easily had Blind Faith behind when they last met over the trip in December. He should sit just off the speed of Super Amia and rates as the firm pick. Blind Faith freaked on last and obviously can repeat if not regressing from that effort. Nevada has been confined to sprints but may prefer the easier pace of this and should be there or thereabouts at the end. 5-3-2-4

Race 8 - Hilly's Vision is clearly on the upgrade. She gets first Lasix against seemingly easier and will be tough to contain. Drawing a line through his last run, Regal and Royal must be given a solid winning chance based on his prior races. Don'tplaywithmagic drew the ideal post will at worst be a pace factor. King's Magician and Will at War are yet to impress but have shown enough in the morning to factor in this line up. 11-9-12-2

Race 9 - Milkman has run well in his last two starts against tougher. He is versatile enough to work out a decent trip from the widest post and should easily prove best. Sweet Surprise may enjoy the turnback to 6f and can definitely roll late to pick up a placing against these. Celebration and Nuclear Emma have the services of top riders but aren't the most resolute and need perfect trips to win. Don Almighty had absolutely no excuse in his last start and would be a surprise. 13-2-5-8
