KINGSTON, Jamaica – Above Hall Links justified her 6-5 favouritism with victory in the Caymanas Saturday tenth which was the final race on the program.
Above Hall Links gained her win in a four-year-old and upwards (non-winners of two) event going seven furlongs.
With Dick Cardenas in the saddle for trainer Jason DaCosta, Above Hall Links took control of proceedings from early by leading all rivals, Above All Links entered the straight looking all over the winner and so it turned out despite War of the Roses (Devon A Thomas) running on late for second. Daytona Belle (Anthony Thomas), who challenged Above Hall Links in the first part of the race was third.
Above Hall Links was the second winner on the day for both DaCosta and Cardenas.
