KINGSTON, Jamaica – Silent Seeker, at 4-1, sealed an excellent day for jockey Anthony Thomas and trainer Jason DaCosta when she won the Caymanas Friday nightcap.

This final contest on the day was the Grooms’ Association Trophy, which was a four-year-old and upwards Restricted Allowance non-winners of two event coming down the five-straight course.

Thomas was winning his fourth on the day while for DaCosta it was number two.

Thomas drawn at four decided not to tack across as is usually the norm to the inside rails, instead, he kept a straight course on Silent Seeker who flew over the last furlong to catch and beat Striking Lady (Dane Nelson) and K D Rocket (Robert Halledeen) in that order.
