KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Patrick Lynch and owner Joyus Racing secured a double after only four races of nine in the Caymanas Friday fourth currently in progress at Caymanas Park when Colour Me Tan obliged at odds of 6-5.

Jockey Dane Nelson although drawn at two in the maiden special weight event coming down the five straight kept Colour Me Tan with the early leaders while always travelling in a straight line.

In the final furlong, Colour Me Tan held firm to win by half-a-length over Executive Chief with Gypsy Jam third.

This was the second winner on the day for Lynch who had the added distinction of finishing first and second in the race. His first winner was Formal Fashion in the first race.

For Nelson it was his first so far but that winner put him just five wins behind leader Anthony Thomas in the battle to be called champion jockey 2020.
