KINGSTON, Jamaica – The finish of the eighth race on today’s (November 21) racing programme at Caymanas Park came down to a stirring stretch duel involving Dane “Warrior” Chief Nelson and Omar “Hot” Walker.

Nelson atop Executive Chief for trainer Patrick Lynch and Walker aboard Triple Seven were locked in a fierce battle during the entire stretch run with the lead changing at least twice in the Maiden Special Weight call run over 5 ½ furlongs.

With Nelson at his bustling best Executive Chief got the win by a neck over Triple Seven. Kay Boy was third.

Nelson was riding his second winner on the day, to move to just four wins behind leader in the race for jockeys’ honours 2020, Anthony Thomas.
