KINGSTON, Jamaica – Racing for the first time since December of last year Puskas' late surge brought him victory in the Caymanas Saturday fifth.
The early splits were set by the speedy K D Rocket (Tevin Foster) starting at odds of 1-5 who made the move from the middle of the race track to the outside rails coming down the straight course.
Puskas drawn at one with Aaron Chatrie aboard did the same and with a furlong to go was giving chase to K D Rocket who looked well set to gain another victory.
Then in a final push, Chatrie got Puskas to rally and they went by K D Rocket for the win by the close margin of a neck. Lord of Ajahlon.
