KINGSTON, Jamaica – After 2-5 favourite Zi Beast (Roger Hewitt) and Markofaprince (Javaniel Patterson – chance ride) pulverised each other on the headlines, Mount Zion King (Nicholas Hibbert) and Secret Law (Devon A Thomas) rushed through in the final furlong with Mount Zion King pushing in front where it mattered most.

Trained by Joseph Thomas, Mount Zion King was winning for the fifth time in his career from 37 starts.

Secret Law was second while third was Markofaprince.

The now popular Reggae-6, which has a mandatory payout on this the Boxing Day card saw a whopping $10.5 million being wagered by punters.
