KINGSTON, Jamaica – In a close encounter apprentice Kiaman McGregor who has been missing from the winners’ enclosure for a while now produced a telling ride on the Richard Todd trained Indy Arazi to win the second race on today’s (Saturday, November 28) card at Caymanas Park.

In this Optional Claimer ($180,000 – 150,000) run over five furlongs round, McGregor raced behind leader Abogado with No Money Friend (Anthony Thomas) lurking behind the front runner.

Abogado went wide in the stretch while No Money Friend took over with a furlong to go closing the gap on Indi Arazi who was running on the inside rails. McGregor literally bawling for space found a peep hole and brought his mount through to get the better of No Money Friend. Stormonthesea (Dennis Brown) was third.
