KINGSTON, Jamaica – The recently minted combination of jockey Omar Walker and champion trainer Anthony Nunes kept their growing winning partnership going when Alimony racing two times in the last seven days won the fourth on the Caymanas Saturday (Dec 19) 11-race programme.
Alimony was quick to go in front lead and stayed in the middle of the track throughout this short event. Johncrowjeff who finished second swerved from the four draw towards the inside rails and lsot all chances of winning.
In the final furlong, Walker pushed Alimony to the winning post by one length. Silver Hawk was third.
Alimony provided Nunes with his second winner on the day.
