KINGSTON, Jamaica – Den Street confirmed his superiority among his juvenile peers with a compelling victory in the Cash Pot “Only One for Me” Trophy competed for among two-year-olds over a distance of six furlongs.

Den Street a bay colt by Northern Giant – All for Pleasure owned by Mr JPS was kept well of the blistering splits of 22.2 x 45.1 set by the tandem of Hoist The Mast (Dick Cardenas) and She’s A Wonder (Dane Dawkins).

This speed contest continued in the straight with She’s A Wonder getting in front but Hoist The Mast was not in a conceding mood fighting every step of the way and just when many thought that the race would have been decided between these two, Den Street, who was allowing weight all round, burst on the scene (outside) and just got in front where it mattered most – the winning post.

Den Street stopped the clock at 1:14.1.

Den Street trained by Wayne DaCosta was winning his third race from three starts and now has career earning of over $2.1 million.
