Dane Nelson starts bumper 12-race Caymanas Park card on Supreme Authority at 4-1

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Leading rider Dane Nelson added one more to his plus column after piloting the Ryan Darby trained Supreme Authority to victory in the first of 12 races at Caymanas Park a short while ago.

Racing from post-position 13 in a $180,000 -$150,000 Optional Claiming contest run over four furlongs straight, Nelson quickly put Supreme Authority on the stand rails and after three furlongs took the lead going on to win easily by three lengths.

Second went to Sir Frederick (Trevor Johnson – 2/1) with El Maestro (Shavon Townsend – 5/1) occupying the third slot.
