KINGSTON, Jamaica – Dane Nelson achieved a four timer aboard the Patrick Fong trained As You Wish in rollicking style at defying odds of 15-1 in the Caymanas Saturday ninth.
Bursting through the pack with three furlongs to go with Nelson constantly pushing, As You Wish got next to the leader Lava Boy (Matthew Bennett) and with hands pumping all way to earn his fourth win on the day.
Lava Boy was second and third was No Identity (Anthony Thomas).
Nelson is now one win away from joining Anthony Thomas at the top of the jockeys’ championship leader board.
